Last Updated: March 12, 2026
This website provides educational content related to furniture sales and retail skills. The information is intended for learning purposes only. No employment, business, or financial outcomes are guaranteed.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the jaugentho website and related learning pages (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Jaugentho Learning Ltd (“jaugentho”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you should use the Site with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
2. Educational Nature of the Content
The Site provides training content and resources focused on furniture sales, furniture retail management, and related professional skills. The materials may include examples, scripts, checklists, product knowledge guidance, and scenario prompts. They are provided for learning and professional development purposes.
The content is not a promise of performance, employment, promotion, or measurable outcomes. Retail contexts vary: product ranges, pricing, delivery capabilities, brand policies, customer volume, and team structure all influence results. Your use of the content is at your discretion and risk.
3. Service Description and Changes
We may provide course registration forms, curriculum information pages, student review pages, and contact forms. The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, revise, improve, or remove parts of the Site at any time, including lesson outlines, templates, and supporting materials.
We do not guarantee that any specific module, lesson, downloadable resource, or feature will remain available for a particular period. We may also suspend access to the Site for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
4. Registration and Information You Provide
When you register interest or enroll via the Site, you may be asked to provide personal information such as first name, last name, email address, and a password. When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, and message content.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you create and for all activity that occurs through your use of the Site. If you believe your password or account details have been compromised, contact us at [email protected].
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site in a lawful, respectful way that does not harm the Site, other users, or our operations. In particular, you agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, any accounts, or any systems connected to the Site;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or bypass any security or authentication measures;
- use automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access or copy content without our written permission;
- upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or anything designed to disrupt, damage, or limit functionality;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- submit false or misleading information through forms, or send spam, bulk requests, or abusive messages.
We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates a security risk or operational disruption.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site, including all text, lesson structures, templates, graphics, branding, and the overall look and feel, is owned by or licensed to Jaugentho Learning Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. “jaugentho” and related marks are our trademarks or trade dress.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal learning or internal retail-team training reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written permission, except where such use is expressly permitted by law.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may include links to third-party websites or services for convenience (for example, external map services). We do not control third-party content and do not endorse it. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant that the content will meet your requirements or that applying the educational methods will produce a particular outcome.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaugentho Learning Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jaugentho Learning Ltd from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, and failures of hosting or cloud providers.
12. International Use
The Site is operated from the Czech Republic and may be accessed from other locations. We do not represent that the Site is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for compliance with local laws that may apply to your use of the Site.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts located in the Czech Republic will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and allow a 30-day informal resolution period. You can reach us at [email protected]. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your use creates a security, legal, or operational risk. Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms ends immediately.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and other provisions that by their nature should survive, will survive any termination.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jaugentho Learning Ltd regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject.
17. Assignment and No Waiver
We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
18. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective 14 days after we post the updated Terms on the Site, unless a change is required by law or addresses urgent security concerns, in which case it may take effect sooner. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Electronic Communications
By using the Site and submitting forms, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that notices, disclosures, and communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
