To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) EUR 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Assignment and No Waiver

We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes will be effective 14 days after we post the updated Terms on the Site, unless a change is required by law or addresses urgent security concerns, in which case it may take effect sooner. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
